Reservations are required.  Please call 972-724-2157 to book your reservation. 

• Deposits or credit card information will be required during peak periods and Holidays.  Deposits will be refunded as long as we are given at least 72 hours notice; otherwise there will be a two night charge. This includes early pick-ups not previously discussed with the front desk.
  
• We recommend that you call at least six weeks in advance to book your reservation for major holidays.  We will reach capacity.

Check Out Time: Dogs must be picked up by 2PM to avoid an additional day's charge.
